Anola Pickett’s ‘Whisper Island’ named finalist for ForeWord Reviews award

Whisper Island 2x3Anola Pickett’s “Whisper Island” is one of 14 finalists in the Juvenile Fiction category of ForeWord Reviews’ 2013 Book of the Year competition. This title was released in July 2013 on our Sweetwater Books imprint.

More than 100 librarians and booksellers will determine the winners in over 60 categories over the next two months. Winners will be revealed at the American Library Association Annual Conference in Las Vegas on Friday, June 27.

“Whisper Island” is available in bookstores and from online retailers.
